Buyers see the nearest pick-up points and parcel lockers for the carrier you ship with. Depending on your Shopify subscription, pick-up points can be shown on an interactive map or as a list of the closest available — each with addresses and opening hours. They choose the one on their way home, and fewer parcels come back undelivered.
