PostNord has chosen to terminate their customers' free access to Pacsoft Online per March 1st. 2022 and finally close for access per July 1st 2022.

What does this mean for me as a PostNord customer?

If you have previously created labels through Pacsoft Online either manually or via an integration, then you need to take some precautions to be able to continue booking your shipments.

Use Smart Send and continue exactly like before:

• Manual label creation: You are used to logging in and manually entering the address information and printing your label from Pacsoft Online
• Automatic creation of labels: You have used an integration that has automatically transferred your orders from eg your webshop to Pacsoft Online and returned a shipping label

With Smart Send then you have access to the same features as you had with Pacsoft Online - but you can also yse Smart Send to completely get rid of manual inputting.
